Description

The D?500 High Shear Homogenizer is a robust benchtop homogenizer designed for efficient sample dispersion, emulsification, and particle size reduction. Its high?speed rotor?stator assembly rotates between approximately 10,000 and 30,000?rpm, creating intense shear forces for rapid processing of tough, viscous, or complex materials. The unit accommodates working volumes from as little as 10?mL up to several liters and is suitable for samples with viscosities up to about 10,000?mPa?s, offering reproducible results across a broad range of laboratory needs. Constructed with 316L stainless steel and PTFE dispersing shafts, it provides excellent corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, while multiple speed levels and automatic overload protection ensure stable performance and long motor life.
