Description
The Cooled Incubator ST 2/3 is a specialized multi-chamber solution from POL-EKO designed for laboratories that need to balance space efficiency with diverse capacity requirements. By pairing two of the most popular chamber sizes (150L and 200L), the ST 2/3 offers 350 liters of total volume while maintaining the footprint of a single upright incubator. This setup allows researchers to process large-batch experiments in the lower 200-liter zone while concurrently managing smaller, specialized trials in the upper 150-liter zone.
Independent Multi-Zone Precision Each chamber functions as an entirely standalone thermostatic unit. Each has its own dedicated microprocessor PID controller and forced air convection system, ensuring that the environment in one chamber remains undisturbed by door openings or parameter changes in the other. Both zones offer a standard range of +3?C to +40?C, with an optional extension to +70?C available for high-temperature incubation. The unit includes an automatic defrosting function and independent LED lighting for both compartments.
Smart Control and Customization The ST 2/3 can be tailored with two distinct controller options for either chamber:
Smart Controller: Features a 4.3-inch color touch screen, memory for 5 user programs, and integrated LAN/USB ports for straightforward data transfer.
Smart PRO Controller: A premium 7-inch color touch screen with Wi-Fi connectivity, multi-user management (Admin, User, Super Admin), and 40-segment programming for complex time-temperature simulation. Both controllers are designed for operation with gloves and feature a quick-status “Alarm Bar” for immediate visual awareness of both zones.
Robust Build and Safety Constructed for long-term professional use, the ST 2/3 is available with a stainless steel (DIN 1.4016) interior for Comfort models or acid-resistant stainless steel (DIN 1.4301) for Premium models. The unit comes standard with 3 stainless steel wire shelves in each chamber (6 total, expandable to 4 per zone) and individual physical door locks. For specialized light-sensitive research, either chamber can be equipped with the FOT photoperiodic system for advanced day/night simulation
