The Cooled Incubator ST 1200 BS (Big Size) is a unique variant in the POL-EKO lineup, specifically engineered for laboratories that require a massive, unobstructed internal workspace. While standard large-capacity models often feature a central dividing column between doors, the BS version eliminates the internal column, providing a continuous internal width of 1270 mm. This makes it the ideal choice for incubating oversized biological samples, large carboys, or running laboratory automation and shakers inside a controlled environment.
Performance and ConstructionWith a working capacity of 1355 liters, the ST 1200 BS utilizes forced air convection to ensure rapid temperature recovery and high uniformity. It is built for heavy-duty use, coming standard with reinforced perforated shelves capable of supporting significantly higher workloads than standard wire shelves. The interior is crafted from stainless steel (DIN 1.4016) for the Comfort model, ensuring durability and easy decontamination.
Smart Control and SafetyThe unit is managed by the Smart controller, featuring a 4.3-inch color touch screen that provides:
