Description
The KK 750 FIT D is a large-volume environmental solution from POL-EKO, designed for research facilities that require high throughput and flexible internal space. The “FIT D” designation indicates that the phytotron lamps are installed in the door, which provides a distinct advantage: the interior remains free of overhead lighting panels, allowing users to adjust all 5 standard shelves (expandable up to 16) to accommodate exceptionally tall samples or high-density batches.
Superior Environmental & Lighting AccuracyThe KK 750 FIT D is engineered to maintain a flawlessly stable microclimate:
Temperature & Humidity: The chamber operates from 0?C to +60?C (lights off) and +10?C to +50?C (lights on). Humidity is precisely maintained (30% to 90% RH) by an ultrasonic humidifier, which is more energy-efficient and generates significantly less heat than steam-based systems.
Door Lighting (FIT D): The system uses daylight fluorescent tubes (type 840) or optional LED modules mounted in the door to provide even, horizontal light distribution. This simulates natural sunlight patterns and is fully dimmable in 10% increments via the controller.
Optimized Airflow: Forced air convection ensures that temperature and humidity remain uniform throughout the massive 749-liter interior, even when the chamber is fully loaded.
Smart PRO Controller & ComplianceThe unit features the flagship Smart PRO interface, providing industrial-grade data management:
7-inch Color Touch Screen: A clear, glove-friendly dashboard that displays real-time parameters, historical trends, and system status at a glance.
Advanced Programming: Memory for 40 user programs with 100 segments each, allowing for the simulation of complex seasonal cycles and day/night transitions.
Connectivity: Integrated Wi-Fi, LAN, and USB ports. The included LabDesk software enables remote monitoring, data downloading, and the generation of reports for GLP/GMP compliance.
Security & Alarms: Includes a multi-color Alarm Bar, password-protected log-ins, and a detailed event registry for full traceability.
Robust Professional ConstructionThe chamber interior is built from acid-proof stainless steel (DIN 1.4301) to resist corrosion in high-humidity environments. The double-door system includes a solid, lockable external door (housing the lights) and an internal glass door, allowing for sample inspection without losing the internal atmosphere. The unit is mounted on heavy-duty castors with brakes for easy mobility and includes a ?30 mm access port for external validation sensors.
