Description
The POL-EKO KKP 750 is the ultimate environmental chamber for laboratories that need to process large batches of samples while prioritizing energy efficiency and a vibration-free workspace. With its generous 749-liter capacity, it provides the same internal volume as the KKS 750 but utilizes Peltier modules for heating and cooling instead of a traditional compressor. This solid-state design eliminates refrigerants, significantly reduces noise levels, and provides exceptional temperature stability?making it the perfect environment for sensitive biological cultures, entomology research, and long-term stability trials.
Innovative Humidification & Eco-Performance: To complement its energy-efficient cooling, the KKP 750 is equipped with a high-precision steam humidifier (ultrasound-free). This system utilizes an aluminum heating block and a peristaltic pump for precise water dosing, avoiding the high-frequency interference common in ultrasonic units. The Peltier system is particularly effective for tests conducted near ambient temperatures, where it consumes significantly less power than compressor-based models.
Advanced Smart PRO Control System: The KKP 750 is managed by the Smart PRO controller, featuring a 7-inch high-resolution color touchscreen.
Connectivity: Integrated Wi-Fi and LAN allow for remote monitoring, while a front-access USB port enables easy data and program transfers.
Compliance: The system is fully GLP-compliant, offering an internal memory for 10,000 data records, a multi-user management system, and an extensive event registry.
Safety: Features include Class 3.3 over-temperature protection, an “Alarm Bar” for instant visual status, and power failure memory to protect long-term samples.
Durable, Maintenance-Free Construction: The chamber interior is made of acid-proof stainless steel (DIN 1.4301), designed to withstand years of high-humidity cycles. Its double-door configuration?consisting of two lockable solid outer doors and two internal glass doors?allows for sample inspection without disrupting the internal microclimate. Despite its large size, the lack of a compressor makes the unit lighter than standard chambers and nearly maintenance-free.
