Description
The Cooled Incubator ST 1200 is the ultimate large-scale thermostatic solution engineered by POL-EKO for facilities that require maximum storage volume without sacrificing temperature precision. With its massive 1365-liter chamber, this double-door model is designed to handle industrial-scale batches for BOD5 testing, large-scale seedling germination, and the long-term controlled storage of chemical reagents, vaccines, or pharmaceuticals.
Advanced Climate EngineeringThe unit is powered by a microprocessor PID controller and a forced air convection system that ensures rapid temperature stabilization and exceptional uniformity throughout the entire internal space. The standard temperature range is +3?C to +40?C, but it can be extended to +70?C with the Smart PRO controller. To maintain peak efficiency, the ST 1200 features an automatic defrosting function, an internal LED light, and integrated alarms for temperature sensor failure or open doors.
Control and Connectivity Options
The ST 1200 offers two sophisticated interface tiers:
Smart Controller: Features a 4.3-inch color touch screen, memory for 5 user programs, and USB/LAN ports for easy data extraction.
Smart PRO Controller: A premium 7-inch color touch screen with built-in Wi-Fi, multi-user management, and an alphanumeric keyboard for programming complex 40-segment time-temperature profiles. Both systems are optimized for operation with gloves and include the “Alarm Bar” for instant visual status monitoring.
Robust Build and CustomizationDesigned for long-term industrial use, the ST 1200 is available with a stainless steel (DIN 1.4016) interior (Comfort) or acid-resistant stainless steel (DIN 1.4301) (Premium). The unit comes standard with 6 stainless steel wire shelves (arranged as 2 columns of 3) and can support up to 22 shelves total. Standard features include a physical door lock, heavy-duty castors for easy positioning, and a ?30 mm access port. Specialized versions like the FOT photoperiodic system are also available for light-controlled biological studies.
